Team Pay Package (Pay package effective May 8, 2005):
- 0–1 year of verifiable experience start at $.36 per mile split
- 1–3 years of verifiable experience start at $.41 per mile split
- 3 years or more verifiable experience start at $.42 per mile split, and after one year at Tyson go to top pay of. $.43 per mile split
- Top pay currently at $.43 per mile split

are eligible to participate in the health plan on the first day of the
month following three months of full-time service.
Tyson Team Members may also set aside a portion of their paychecks to
save for the future through the 401k Retirement Savings Plan and Stock
Purchase Plan after the eligibility waiting period has been met. Upon
completion of one year of service, Tyson helps with a generous company
match in both plans.
